Dear Sponsor,

This Manual is a complementary part of the Contract for Organization and Promotion of the 10th edition of CONSTRUMETAL 2025 – Latin American Congress of Steel Construction, which will take place on September 9, 2025 (Thursday), at the Parque Mirante space, in the Parque Mirante – Allianz Parque, located at Rua Padre Antônio Tomás, 72 – Perdizes, in the city of São Paulo/SP.

Here you will find the regulations that govern the operationalization of your participation in the event. The information, dates, and deadlines in this manual are of utmost importance for the smooth running of the event and should be shared with your team and suppliers involved in the execution of your booth.

Full access to the content of this manual and the completion of the necessary forms must be done mandatorily through the [EuVou Platform – Sponsor Area]. The operator data and password will be sent after the signing of the participation contract and in a timely manner, to the email address of the responsible party for receiving materials at the exhibiting company.

The Exhibitor Manual is subject to change, so always consult the online version on the Exhibitor/Service Provider platform.

Starting from September 8, 2025, the Customer Service Center will be available in the pavilion as the CAF – Francal Service Center, located at the fair entrance, to assist exhibiting companies, assemblers, and service providers during the following periods:

CAF Service – Assembly:
September 8: 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM

CAF Service – Event:
September 9: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM

ASSEMBLY PERIOD

From September 7 to 8, 2025
Assembly of sponsor booths in the Event Lounge by FRANCAL, with structures ready for sponsors to place materials starting at 3:01 PM.

Following Occupational Safety Norms, the access of minors under 16 years old is not permitted, even if accompanied by their responsible adults.

REALIZATION
September 9, 2025

Operating hours, as follows:

  • Opening: 8:00 AM;
  • Coffee Break 01: 10:45 AM;
  • Lunch: 12:30 PM;
  • Coffee Break 02: 4:50 PM;
  • Closing Cocktail: 6:30 PM to 8:40 PM.

As it is a business event, access for minors under 18 years old is not permitted.

During coffee break/lunch/cocktail intervals, sponsoring companies will have the freedom to network with the content participants.

Access for professionals from assembly companies to perform booth maintenance will only be allowed upon presentation of an exclusive Maintenance badge.

 

DISMANTLING

From 8:41 PM on September 9, without fail.

2. PARTICIPATION FORM

The sponsor will receive a fully standardized structure, ready for operation, with assembly being the exclusive responsibility of Francal, according to the configuration below:

ASSEMBLY DESCRIPTION

Services:

  • Security (full-time period);
  • Cleaning (full-time);
  • Electric power (compatible with the space);
  • Fire extinguisher (compatible with the space).


    Structure:

  • Wood wall built with plywood and battens, side finish in black bagum fabric and front in printed canvas, height: 2.50m;
  • Partition wooden wall built with plywood and battens, finished with printed canvas, height: 2.50m;
  • Graphite color carpet lining applied directly on the pavilion floor;
  • 01 Counter 1.00m x 0.50m x 1.00m (WxDxH) for service, with white bagum finish and internal shelf;
  • Lighting by 02 LED spotlights (cool light);
  • 02 – 220V outlets.

CORNER Style Booth – LOGO:

  • Printed canvas installed on the back wall measuring 3.00m x 2.50m (WxH);
  • Printed canvas installed on the side partition wall measuring 1.50m x 2.50m (WxH);
  • 01 company logo applied on the front of the service counter measuring 1.00m x 1.00m (WxH), according to the project, (artwork provided and sent by the client), with deadline 07/07/2025, to [email protected].

FURNITURE:

  • 01 unit – high stool (fixed);
  • 01 unit – round table with wooden top;
  • 04 units – chair (fixed);
  • 01 unit – 43” TV;
  • 01 unit – black PVC trash can.

ASSEMBLY DESCRIPTION

Services:

  • Security (full-time period);
  • Cleaning (full-time);
  • Electric power (compatible with the space);
  • Fire extinguisher (compatible with the space).

Structure:

  • Wood wall built with plywood and battens, side finish in black bagum fabric and front in printed canvas, height: 2.50m;

  • Graphite color carpet lining applied directly on the local floor;

  • Lighting through LED spotlights, 3 units, with LED lamp (cool light);

  • 02 220V outlets.

Furniture (white color):

  • 1 round table with wooden top 0.90 m diameter and chrome base;
    3 fixed chairs with chrome legs;
  • 1 high stool for counter.
  • 1 43” TV fixed on the back wall, with 1920×1080 resolution.

Exhibitors:

  • 1 counter built with wooden structure, measuring 1.00 x 0.50 x 1.00m (WxDxH), with white finish and client logo applied on the front (artwork provided by the client).

3 SIDES OPEN Style Booth – LOGO:

  • Printed canvas installed on the back wall measuring 3.00m x 2.50m (WxH);
  • 01 company logo applied on the front of the service counter measuring 1.00m x 1.00m (WxH), according to the project, (artwork provided and sent by the client), with deadline 07/07/2025, to [email protected].

The artwork for the back wall and counter must be provided by the sponsor, in Vector format, CDR, EPS, AI or PDF (100% size – 100% dpi) and sent to the email: [email protected], by the deadline of 08/08/2025.

 

STRUCTURE MODIFICATION AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS DISTRIBUTION

  • Due to it being a compact and standardized setup, no modifications or additions to the structure are allowed.

Promotional materials must be placed on the counter or table, and it is not permitted to affix them on the wall, nor distribute outside the Lounge limits.

3. CLEANING AND SERCURITY

CLEANING

  • It is strictly prohibited to deposit materials, tools, packaging, or products in the circulation routes. All operations must be carried out within the limits of the Sponsor’s responsibility area.
  • The PROMOTER will maintain cleaning service for space maintenance, full time.

SECURITY

  • The PROMOTER will maintain SECURITY SERVICE in the common areas of the space throughout the event period. However, it is the responsibility of the sponsor to take care of their belongings to be exhibited, keeping a responsible person always in the booth, thus avoiding possible inconvenience.
  • After the event closure, ensure you are taking all your belongings.
  • The pavilions are areas with high movement of people during assembly, event, and dismantling, with scenarios conducive to distractions and susceptible to thefts, especially on the last day of the event, at the closing of the Congress.
  • We ask for total attention regarding products, various materials, and electro-electronic equipment, so that they should only be brought to the booth whenever there is a responsible person from the exhibiting company to receive and ensure their security.
  • We also request maximum attention regarding bags, backpacks, and suitcases, as well as electro-electronic items: Notebook, Laptop, Tablet, Cellphone, and other easily handled and stolen equipment, which should be positioned in a secure and restricted access location. If you identify any person with suspicious behavior around the booth, please notify the Customer Service team at the CAF – Francal Service Center, so that preventive measures can be taken.
  • FRANCAL is not responsible for equipment left unattended in the event venue during the assembly period, during the event operation, and dismantling.

4. ACCIDENT PREVENTION AND WORKPLACE SAFETY
  • Parque Mirante (“Alianz”) has Fire Prevention and Suppression Equipment, distributed in common areas and emergency exits.
  • The use of explosives, non-liquefied gases, toxic, combustible substances, gas cylinders (LPG), or any other elements that may cause fire or explosion is prohibited within the event venue. Only equipment powered by electricity is permitted..
  • The operation or use of Equipment, Products, or Machines that pose risks of accidents or to the health and integrity of people, as well as combustion engines, is not permitted inside the venue under any circumstances, whether during the assembly, event, or dismantling period.

E.g.: generators, compressors (powered by electricity or not), equipment with confetti, serpentine, paper rain launch, etc.

  • The PROMOTER reserves the right to veto any and all situations that may pose risks, panic, or disturbances to involved professionals, the general public, and the event space, and to remove the causing object from the venue, without any obligation to cover costs or damages to your participation.

The entry or presence of intoxicated professionals or those carrying firearms is prohibited.

5. ELECTRICAL POWER
  • The available voltage at Parque Mirante is 220 Volts.

6. HYDRAULICS
  • Hydraulic installations are not possible.

7. MATERIAL REMOVAL AFTER THE EVENT ENDS
  • The removal of products and materials belonging to the sponsor must occur immediately after the event closure, WITHOUT FAIL.

8. PARKING AND ACCESS TO THE EVENT VENUE
  • The Parque Mirante – Allianz Parque Arena parking is managed by the CTT Estapar operator, with permanent insurance and surveillance. There is no type of credential that allows free parking, and vehicle access is exclusively through Rua Padre Antônio Tomás, 72 – Perdizes.
  • The parking fee is R$ 70.00 (seventy reais) for a 12-hour period (for passenger vehicles), with the possibility of change until the event takes place.
  • Access to the event venue will be exclusively by elevator.

9. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION

CONSTRUMETAL 2025 allows your brand to participate beyond the exhibitions, highlighting the advertising, merchandising, and sponsorship options available to enhance your brand’s visibility during the event.

Active participation in the various aspects of the Event offers a special opportunity to highlight your brand, interact with potential customers, and solidify your presence in the market. Take advantage of the advertising, merchandising, and sponsorship options to ensure a successful participation!

Sponsors who contract Advertising and Merchandising services must send all necessary materials, such as videos, artwork for banners, pieces for social media publications, and others, to [email protected] as soon as possible. It is essential that these pieces are received at least 30 days before the start of the Congress. Otherwise, their dissemination or production may not be feasible, resulting in the loss of the right to use the contracted pieces due to insufficient time for their execution.

All doubts can be clarified through the Customer Service.

10. CREDENTIALING
  • It is mandatory to credential and wear badges for all professionals, whether from the sponsoring company or service providers.
  • The credential is personalized with the sponsoring company’s name and the professional’s name, position, and personal non-transferable barcode, and does not entitle to companions.
  • Misuse entails a fine, seizure, and cancellation of the credential.
  • Each sponsoring company is entitled to 1 (one) free credential, which allows access to the content, including Lunch, Coffee Break, and Cocktail. It is possible to contract up to 2 additional credentials at a 50% discount.
  • To expedite the badge acquisition process, FRANCAL provides a SOLUTION in the Sponsor Manual tool, in the “SPONSOR BADGE REQUEST” form, so that the credential issuance will be done by the sponsoring company, using a color printer and A4 sulfite paper.
  • After entering the names in the electronic form, the exhibitor should click on the printer icon, located on the right side of each inserted name. For better understanding of the process, we have made a step-by-step tutorial available in the download area on the [EuVou Platform – Sponsor Area].
  • After printing each credential, you should make 2 folds at the markings indicated in the layout, thus completing the badge assembly. The badge holder should be picked up at the event venue.

The Exhibitor Credential does not allow access to the Auditorium – the venue for the lectures. Therefore, we recommend making this credential available only to the staff supporting your booth.

11. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Sponsor Manual is limited to the planning, organization, and administration of the CONSTRUMETAL 2025 CONGRESS.

FRANCAL reserves the right to change the event layout, postpone its inauguration, change the operating period, and even interrupt its realization whenever deemed necessary. In case of any changes, the signed contracts will remain valid, with all clauses and conditions established between the parties.

FRANCAL reserves the right to refuse registration in its future events to exhibiting companies that systematically violate the rules of the Sponsor Manual.
