EVENT EXECUTION
During the entire exhibition period, it is essential that booths have qualified personnel present. Restocking will only be allowed from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Dismantling must begin at 10:00 PM on June 25, 2026, and be completed by 3:00 PM on June 27, 2026.
PROJECT FILES SUBMISSION
If the booth project is “Free Exhibition Area,” the construction will be of the exhibitor responsibility. Therefore, it is essential to choose a booth builder company (we recommend a local one) and ensure that they submit the Booth Project files to Francal for inspection and approval, at least 30 days before the fair.
In this way, the Exhibitor must:
a) Register Form 01 – BOOTH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY CREDENTIALING;
b) Provide the responsible parties with the guidelines from the following sections of the Exhibitor Manual:
5. TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR BOOTH ASSEMBLY;
7. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BOOTH BUILDER OR EXHIBITOR WHO ASSEMBLES THEIR OWN BOOTH;
c) Ensure the submission of the project files via: EuVou Platform – Service Provider Area, only.
