LOGIN - EXHIBITOR PLATFORM
You will receive an email with the link and access to the Exhibitor Platform. With this access, you will be able to view your contract information, the Exhibitor Manual, and the necessary forms.

Ensure payments related to the contract and additional fees are up to date.
These charges will be sent to the registered emails.

EVENT EXECUTION
Throughout the entire duration of the trade show, it is essential that the booths are staffed with qualified personnel for the exhibition. Restocking will only be allowed from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Dismantling must begin at 9:01 PM on October 23rd, 2025, and must be completed by 3:00 PM on October 24th, 2025.
PROJECT FILES SUBMISSION
If the booth project is “Free Exhibition Area,” the construction will be of the exhibitor responsibility. Therefore, it is essential to choose a booth builder company (we recommend a local one) and ensure that they submit the Booth Project files to Francal for inspection and approval, at least 30 days before the fair.
In this way, the Exhibitor must:
a) Register Form 01 – BOOTH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY CREDENTIALING;
b) Provide the responsible parties with the guidelines from the following sections of the Exhibitor Manual:
5. TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR BOOTH ASSEMBLY;
7. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BOOTH BUILDER OR EXHIBITOR WHO ASSEMBLES THEIR OWN BOOTH;
c) Ensure the submission of the project files via: EuVou Platform – Service Provider Area, only.
