PROJECT FILES SUBMISSION

By July 16th, submit the booth project files for approval and release of the Assembly, as per the instructions in the Exhibitor Manual.

Entry of goods, maintenance, cleaning, and booth restocking.

During the fair, only from 8 AM to 9:30 AM.

DISASSEMBLY

Booths Disassembly

Product removal by Exhibitors starts at 7:01 p.m. on August 6th, 2026.

Official dismantling begins at 9:01 p.m. on August 6th, 2026.

All dismantling activities must be completed by 3:00 p.m. on August 7th, 2026, without exception, with the pavilion fully cleaned and cleared.
